ALL Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier - no exceptions
Shots will be administered by a State licensed veterinarian. Winfield pet registrations begin January 1, 2026.
Your pet’s rabies shot must be valid through Nov. 1, 2026, for a license to be issued.
